One seat for years to come 

Bastiaan Plus i-Size is designed for children from 40 to 150 cm tall, so it can accompany your family for many years. During the first stages, your child uses the seat’s internal harness, and after reaching 100 cm can be secured with the vehicle seat belt. The 12-position headrest adjustment and wide seat allow the space to be gradually adapted to your child’s changing body shape. It is a practical choice for parents looking for one seat from the first journey up to the maximum height of 150 cm. 

Travel rear-facing up to 105 cm 

The seat allows rear-facing travel from 40 to 105 cm, which is approximately up to 4 years of age. In this position, the seat is installed using ISOFIX and the Top Tether strap, while the child is secured with the internal harness. Indicators on the ISOFIX connectors and Top Tether strap help verify correct installation. An additional audible alarm provides information about the Top Tether fastening, reducing the risk of missing an important installation step. 

Dri-Seat comfort and 360° rotation 

Dri-Seat upholstery supports your child’s comfort on short trips and longer family journeys. The 360° rotating base allows the seat to face the car door, making it easier to place your child in the seat, adjust the harness and take them out after the journey. The seat also offers 5 forward-facing recline positions and 1 rear-facing position, allowing the angle to be adapted to the installation direction and your child’s needs. 

Tighten the harness with one pull 

The internal harness adjustment mechanism allows it to be tightened with a single pull. This makes it easier to fit the harness to your child’s body quickly before setting off. Protective pads on the harness and buckle improve comfort when fastening, while special holders keep the buckles at the sides of the seat. As a result, the harness does not get in the way when placing your child in the seat. 

Headrest and harness grow with your child 

The height of the internal harness is integrated with the headrest adjustment, so both elements move at the same time. There is no need to rethread the harness through different slots as your child grows. The 12-position adjustment smoothly adapts the headrest and harness height to the current size of the young passenger. This makes it easier to prepare the seat for the next stage of use. 

Wide seat and adjustable headrest 

The wide seat gives your child enough space also at later stages of use. The spacious headrest has a distinctive shape that surrounds the child’s head and adjusts as the passenger grows. The shell is made of PP, steel and EPS reinforcement, creating a solid seat structure. The included newborn insert helps adapt the inside of the seat to the needs of the smallest children.
